Returns

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK distance selling regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

• The device must be returned in the same condition as received
• iCloud must be removed
• The device must not be damaged after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

Returns may be refused if:

• The device is iCloud locked
• The device shows signs of damage not present at delivery
• Parts have been replaced or tampered with
